Brigade Enterprises Ltd on a standalone basis has posted 23.62 per cent lower net profit at Rs 11.35 crore during the third quarter of 2014-15 against Rs 14.86 crore during the same period last year.
The company's revenues during the period were higher by 8.58 per cent at Rs 197.74 crore against Rs 182.11 crore during the same period last year. EPS (basic) stood at Rs 1.01 (last year Rs 1.32).
Bijou Kurien has been inducted as an independent director of the company.
