Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company has roped in Cognizant Technology Solutions to digitise its vehicle finance business operations for cost efficiency and speeding up loan delivery. According to a press release from Cognizant Technology, it will digitise workflows and develop multichannel applications for Cholamandalam Investment’s field staff and clients to use across mobile, tablets and the Web. This will speed up decision making and improve productivity and reduce costs. Cognizant has licensed TruMobi, a suite of business and IT solutions to Cholamandalam Investment, the financial services arm of the Murugappa Group, the release said.
