New age Indian HR services firm, CIEL launched CIEL Stars, a brand identity for all its branch offices. In order to support thousands of companies in the country to spot the right talent and engage with them meaningfully, the company is planning to expand its presence across the country by setting up 100 offices through a franchise model by the year end.
CIEL was founded last August by K Pandiarajan, whose first venture - the country’s largest recruitment firm, Ma Foi Management Consultants founded in 1992, got merged with Dutch multinational HR consulting firm Randstad in 2007 through Randstad’s acquisition of Vedior, which held a majority stake in Ma Foi.
CIEL Stars will be located at places such as IT parks, SEZs, Industrial Estates and places that house many corporate companies, who are constantly on the lookout for talent and candidates who are scouting for better opportunities. Additionally, CIEL will also be expanding aggressively into Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities across the country. Overall, the company is planning to offer support to over 2000 organizations, 500 plus recruiters in the country and also engage with 20,000 plus candidates each month.

CIEL meaning ‘Sky’ in French, leverages on Technology and Analytics to offer a range of services such as permanent staffing, flexible staffing, executive search, selection and managed services programmes. The company specializes in providing solutions in talent acquisition, engagement and retention.
