Healthcare products manufacturing company Dabur on Tuesday claimed sale of its Chyawanprash has doubled from 2005 to 2011 and despite stiff competition it still holds 67 per cent market share.
“Our sale is increasing despite of arrival of rivals in the market...,” Chief of Dabur India Ltd Healthcare category, Rajiv John told reporters here.
Sale of Dabur’s Chyawanprash has doubled from 2005 to 2011, he said, adding that Bihar is a major market for the product accounting for about 20 per cent of its total sale in the country.
