Clove Dental and Denty's have come together to create a pan-India network of dental clinics. Together they plan to expand the network to over 600 clinics by 2020-21, up from 140 now.
While Clove Dental, with its chain of 118 clinics has a presence in Delhi, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Chandigarh, Rajasthan and Maharashtra, Denty’s has a network of 22 clinics in South India.
With the coming together of both the dental chains, Clove Dental will now have over 140 clinics across 11 states. It plans to set up 460 more clinics in a phased manner over the next four years. Of them, 120 clinics are expected over the next 12 months.
While Clove and Denty's have together invested over Rs 200 crore in developing the network of dental clinics, they expect to see similar investments over the next four years as they expand the network.

According to Ken Research, the India dental care services market will register a double digit growth rate and will reach over Rs 14,700 crore by FY 2020.
Nine Rivers Capital Advisors and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted as the financial and legal advisors to Denty’s and Samvad Partners, a leading legal advisory firm, advised Clove Dental on the transaction.
