Private equity and real estate investment firm Everstone Capital has acquired and rebranded the Asia-Pacific payroll business of Aon Hewitt, a global human resources firm.
Headquartered in Singapore, Aon Hewitt's business operates under Payfront Technologies Pte, and is to be rebranded Excelity Global. It offers a broad range of services across 17 countries in the Asia-Pacific region, serviced through its offices in India, Singapore, China and the Philippines.
The company processes over 9 million payslips annually and has the capability to service clients across industries globally. Gurinder Singh, head of Aon Hewitt’s Asia Pacific payroll business, is to continue as Chief Executive Officer of Excelity Global.
