Amid a plethora of merchandise being marketed ahead of his third superhero film, Krrish-3, due for a Diwali release, Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan will endorse an ice cream brand carrying the film’s name!
Leading Gujarat-based ice cream maker Havmor on Thursday announced to team up with the blockbuster franchisee and launch a range of three custom-packaged Krrish-3 ice creams on the occasion.
“The Havmor ice creams’ core audience matched the film audience – kids and the youth – and we are pleased to be associated with Krrish-3,” said Ankit Chona, Managing Director, Havmor Ice Creams Ltd, here.
Havmor would make available the new brands at more than 20,000 touch points. It will be an instant connect to the kids and youth, he said. “In anticipation of the blockbuster release, we will be launching a 360-degree campaign to celebrate the association of Havmore and Krrish-3.”
Krish-3’s producer-director Rakesh Roshan, said Havmor reflected the same philosophy of the Krrish character, which connects with kids and family. Hrithik said Havmor shares synergy with “our core audience”. “My fans can enjoy the special Krrish-3 range of ice creams introduced by Havmor.”
Also, Hrithik will be flying into Gujarat on October 26 to inaugurate Dubai-based Joyalukka jeweller’s first two showrooms in the state at Ahmedabad and Vadodara.
Earlier, an Ahmedabad-based pipe manufacturer had similarly teamed up with Salman Khan’s “Dabang-2” film.
