The board of directors of Lanco Industries Ltd has appointed G Maruthi Rao, Director, as the Chairman of the board of directors of the company at is meeting held on September 27, 2014.
This was informed by the Hyderabad-based company to the Bombay Stock Exchange on Saturday.
Further, Andhra Pradesh Industrial Development Corporation Ltd has withdrawn its nominee-director Anita Rajendra, IAS, from the board of directors of the company with effect from October 16, 2014, it said.
