Godrej Properties Ltd said it has launched a new project in South Bengaluru to its development portfolio. The developer, in partnership with the APG anchored investment platform, has entered into an agreement to sell with the vendor for a land parcel measuring approximately 18 acres.
The SPV Godrej Home Constructions Private Ltd will be developing a mid-income residential housing project. This project is strategically located off Kanakpura Road with educational institutions, planned retail malls and a proposed Metro station in close proximity.
This is the third project signed by GPL in Bengaluru during 2015 and the fourth project through the APG anchored investment platform on a pan-India basis.
