The Kozhikode-based HiLITE Builders has commissioned a modern business centre – HiLITE Platino – in Kochi close to NH Bypass near Vytilla.
The 1.3 lakh sq ft office space, which is strategically located in the city’s prime commercial location, offers premium amenities for corporate firms. The project with an investment of ₹85 crore has a total of six floors and a two-tier car parking facility.
Vinod Paul, Senior Marketing Manager said in a press statement the company has already commissioned a business park in Kozhikode, which is attracting several corporate companies, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation and IT companies in the vicinity. He said that there is a dearth of sophisticated premium business space in Kerala and the company has plans to set up more projects in the coming years.
The first phase of the 32 lakh sq ft business centre in Kozhikode will be ready for commissioning by the end of this year, he said adding that there are also plans to set up a shopping mall in Thrissur.
