Hind High Vacuum (HHV) has developed 'SMART COAT 3.0', a modular, thin film deposition system, primarily to aid researchers working in academic and industrial thin film laboratories.
Developed based on the vast experience of HHV, SMART COAT 3.0 is compatible with glass bell jar and cylindrical glass chamber and box type metal chamber. This unique modular design helps researchers to develop a wide range of thin film processes and products using evaporation; ion assisted sputtering or electron beam techniques.
Prasanth Sakhamuri, Managing Director, HHV, said: “We have always been in the forefront in collaborating with leading industries and research labs for the development of thin film science and technology. This is yet another initiative from HHV in this direction, using its 49 years of expertise in producing thin film deposition systems and exporting to developed countries for specific applications."
