Mumbai, Jan 14:
Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) issued a communication to the stock exchanges today that a meeting of the board of directors on January 22, 2013, at Mumbai will take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2012, along with the limited review report of the auditors for the corresponding period.
The company would intimate exchanges of the unaudited financial results upon the conclusion of the board meeting.
