Icertis, a startup from Pune providing ERP-surround solutions using Microsoft cloud technology, has spun off its cloud solutions and services business into a new company called CloudMoyo. The company will be focussed on cloud and data analytics-based ERP-surround enterprise solutions for the high tech, life sciences, and transportation industry verticals, with an eye to accelerate its growth in the market, according to company officials.
Icertis will solely focus on its cloud-based enterprise contract management business, officials added. The cloud and data analytics based ERP-surround solutions market is forecast to grow to over $100 billion in the next 3 years according to industry analysts and CloudMoyo believes that it can grab a significant chunk of this market.
The company, however, did not disclose the market share that it intended to corner. Manish Kedia, the newly appointed CEO and President of CloudMoyo said, "CloudMoyo is a born in the Microsoft cloud company that brings disruptive technologies together to offer our customers modern enterprise cloud solutions informed by big data insights."
