ICSA (India) Ltd has decided to sell the wind mill assets with a total power generation capacity of 9.6 MW.
The board of directors of the company, at the company’s 20th annual general meeting held here recently, have been authorised to sell these assets located in Tamil Nadu (6.6 MW) and Karnataka (3 MW).
The board has also resolved to mortgage or create charge on the company's assets not exceeding Rs 3,000 crore.
