IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd (IL&FS Engineering Services) has bagged projects worth Rs 494 crore in the buildings and structures sector.
The order includes a project for Palm Garden Housing Complex in Gurgaon worth Rs 336 crore.
The order is for development of a high-end multi-storeyed group housing project from Emaar-MGF for construction of Palm Garden complex at Sector-83 on National Highway-8, Gurgaon.
The project involves civil structure and related works for residential towers of 16 storey buildings and related infrastructure including school, shopping centre, swimming pool and so on. The project has to be completed within 36 months.
The Hyderabad-based engineering services company has been awarded a project worth Rs 158 crore from Unitech Hi-Tech Projects Pvt Ltd for construction of IT-SEZ in a 25-acre site in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
The company shares closed the day’s trade at Rs 51.85 up 4.43 per cent.
