Mumbai, Dec 10:
L&T Finance Holdings today said its recent acquisition Indo Pacific Housing Finance has been renamed as L&T Housing Finance.
The new nomenclature is effective December 4, the company said in a press note.
“Our strategy will be to leverage the strong relationships that exist between L&T and large established developers,” L&T Housing Finance Director Dinanath Dubhashi said, adding the widespread branch network of L&T Finance would form the backbone of its expansion plan.
The company also announced appointment of Vasudevan Ramaswami as Chief Executive of L&T Housing Finance.
