With a view to setting up additional manufacturing facility to expand its range of products in South India, Ingersoll-Rand (India) Ltd has entered into a lease deal with Mahindra World City Developers Ltd for acquiring 10.75 acres of industrial land located at Chengalpattu taluk in Kancheepuram district in Tamil Nadu.
The lease is for a period of 99 years. Construction activity is likely to commence before end of December 2011.
