Ingersoll-Rand India Ltd’s profits are higher by 12.08 per cent at Rs 18.64 crore for the second quarter this fiscal (2013-14) compared with Rs 16.63 crore recorded in the same period last year. Income from operations were up 5.18 per cent at Rs 149.31 crore compared with Rs 141.95 crore in the same quarter last year. EPS stood at Rs 5.91 against Rs 5.27 recorded last year. Segment revenue: air solutions Rs 143.80 crore (last year 134.89 crore) and environmental solutions Rs 4.57 crore (Rs 5.82 crore). The board of directors declared an interim dividend of Rs 3 a share. The record date for the payment of dividend is November 20.
