Lanco Infratech Ltd has informed Bombay Stock Echange that the Board of Directors of the company, on Monday announced the appointment of L. Ramalakshmamma as Additional Director under the category of Woman Director, Dariyai Lal Rawal and Gurbir Singh Sandhu as Additional Directors under the Category of Independent Directors, with effect from March 28.
It further stated that Prakash P. Mallya had resigned as a Director of the company with effect from March 27.
