Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd’s Farm Equipment Sector (FES) has launched a CRDe tractor — Arjun 605 MAT — that provides better fuel-efficiency and enhanced performance.
“We are the first to introduce CRDe technology in tractors, which is usually present in automobiles. With CRDe technology, the Arjun 605 MAT, India’s first Multi Application Tractor, will deliver superior performance in high-end applications for both agri and haulage use,” said Rajesh Jejurikar, Chief Executive, tractor and farm mechanisation business at Mahindra & Mahindra.
CRDe technology is an electronically-controlled diesel fuel injection system. It offers better fuel-efficiency and enhanced performance, and is also environment-friendly, it said.
