Mahindra Lifespace Developers today reported 65.68 per cent decrease in its standalone profit after tax for the quarter ended December 31, 2012, at Rs 13.56 crore.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 39.51 crore in the corresponding quarter previous year, Mahindra Lifespace Developers said in a filing to the BSE.
The standalone income from operations during the third quarter also went down by 60.06 per cent to Rs 61.41 crore from Rs 153.77 crore in the year-ago period.
