Strong sales from the beverage segment boosted Manjushree Technopack’s profits by 75.28 per cent to Rs 4.68 crore for the second quarter this fiscal.

The company’s income from operations also was higher by 25.47 per cent at Rs 75.15 crore, compared with the same quarter last year.

The EPS also rose to Rs 3.46, compared with Rs 1.98 last year. Vimal Kedia, Managing Director, said: “The beverage segment has particularly performed well this quarter.

The added production capacity for liquor and beverage segments has also contributed to growth in the top-line and bottom-line.”
