Mirc Electronics, makers of Onida and IGO brand of electronics products, has roped in LG Electronics’ Director-Home Appliances, Yasho V. Verma as CEO. Its current chief executive G. Sundar has been termed as Director-Strategy.
Verma, who has over three decades of experience, is expected to revamp Onida, a home-grown electronics brand, which has been facing rough weather from Korean competitors LG and Samsung, who have expanded across the country over the past decade.
