Mövenpick Hotel and Spa Bangalore has been awarded the Green Globe Certification. Green Globe Certification is an international certification given on a series of parameters but emphasis being Sustainability, Environment conscious operations, Reduction of carbon footprint, Energy Conservation and a positive contribution to local communities and their environment.
According to Biswajit Chakraborty, General Manager of the hotel, “We believe in ensuring environment friendly operations and many measures have been taken to that extent. This makes Mövenpick Hotel and Spa Bangalore the first Five Star hotel in the country to be Green Globe Certified.”
