The US-based hospitality chain Oakwood has opened Oakwood Residence Kapil Hyderabad in the IT hub of Gachibowli.
Oakwood is the Brand of Oakwood Worldwide, a 55-year-old provider of corporate housing and serviced apartment solutions company based in Los Angeles.
The project has been launched In partnership with the Kapil Group. It has 158 apartments.

Located about 30 minute drive from airport, it is well-connected to the city's elite corporate hubs of Hitec City, shopping arcades, heritage sites and commercial destinations.
Alongside being the first serviced apartment operated by an international brand, Oakwood Residence Kapil Hyderabad is also the only serviced apartment to have fully equipped western style kitchens. It offers duplex apartments in the city and is the only property in Hyderabad with pet-friendly policies, the company said.

Oakwood Residence Kapil Hyderabad extends the brand presence of Oakwood which alreadyhas five properties in India in Pune, Bangalore and Mumbai and is planning few more with the first addition likely near Mumbai airport.
