ONGC's Ankleshwar asset observed Sahayog Diwas, an initiative of the ONGC management to provide social security especially to the secondary workforce through financial assistance for marriage of female dependents, higher education of wards and medical treatment to self and dependents.
This unique initiative was taken as an endeavour to reach out at the Ankleshwar Asset and various efforts were undertaken to create awareness among the secondary workforce.
The initiative by the asset was well appreciated by these contractual employees and lauded it as unique and unmatched by any other organisation.
