Tata Power in a communiqué to the stock exchanges said consequent to S Ramakrishnan, Executive Director (Finance), reaching the age of superannuation, he ceased to be the Director and Executive Director of the company at close of business hours on February 28.
S Padmanabhan, Executive Director (Operations), will hold additional charge of finance as Chief Financial Officer.
