Online grocery delivery start-up PepperTap on Monday said that it has acquired Bengaluru-based start-up Jiffstore in a cash and stock deal.
"The Jiffstore team will join us in our Bengaluru and Gurgaon offices," PepperTap CEO Navneet Singh told reporters here. He, however, declined to share financial details of the acquisition.
The company has also closed its Series B Round of funding with an additional $4 million from Innoven Capital. This is in addition to $36 million raised last month from Snapdeal, Sequoia Capital, SAIF Partners, Ru-Net, Beenext & JAFCO Asia.
PepperTap has also launched a vendor app to help them take better decisions on stocks, quantities and inventory management, Singh added.
