Phillips Carbon Black was back-in-black for the third quarter of the fiscal ended December 31, 2014. It reported a net profit of ₹6.98 crore for the period against a net loss of ₹15.48 crore in the year-ago period. Total income from operations, during the period under review, rose by over 8 per cent to ₹607 crore (₹560 crore).
