Prestige Estates Projects Ltd's profits were 20.05 per cent higher in the first quarter of 2014-15 on a standalone basis. The net profit stood at Rs 104.04 crore against Rs 86.66 crore during the same period last year (2013-14).
Total income of the company was also higher by 13 per cent at Rs 563.09 crore against Rs 498.28 crore recorded last year. EPS (basic) stood at Rs 2.97 (last year Rs 2.48).
