Prestige Estates Projects Ltd profits are 73.85 per cent higher to Rs 45.69 crore on a standalone basis for the second quarter (Q2) this fiscal (2012-13). The company’s revenues were also 88.46 per cent higher to Rs 241.41 crore compared to the same period last year. EPS stood at Rs 1.39 compared to 80 paise recorded last year.
