Coimbatore-based automotive component manufacturer Pricol Ltd has executed a business transfer agreement with Suprajit Engineering Limited, Bangalore to sell its automotive speedo cable business on a slump sale basis.
The business with an annual sale of Rs 10 crore was a non-core business for it, Pricol has said in a communication to the stock exchanges. The value of sale was not disclosed.
Shares of Pricol are up by Rs 2.75 to Rs 61 on the NSE.
