Publicis Groupe has acquired Expicient Inc., a global omni-channel services firm with expertise in inventory and order management systems (OMS). This capability helps clients manage inventory, pricing, and offers across channels.
Expicient will be integrated into the Publicis.Sapient platform under the Rosetta brand.
