Rane Brake Lining Ltd has won the Deming Grand Prize 2013, the highest award in Total Quality Management. According to a press release from the company, it was awarded the prize at a ceremony in Tokyo today. P.S. Rao, President, Rane Brake, received the award from Masahiko Sakane, Vice-Chairman, Deming Prize Committee, on behalf of L. Ganesh, Chairman, Rane Group. RBL now joins an elite group of 26 companies world over and seven from India to have won this prize.
