Real estate sector needs a regulator to protect the interests of buyers, builders, and investors, said Kaushal Jain, MD, Arihant Group, a Delhi-based company. This statement comes in the wake of the recent Allahabad High Court order for demolition of two 40-storey towers of Supertech for illegal construction. Arihant Group announced the launch of a new project — Arihant South Winds — at Planet Surajkund in Faridabad. The apartments will be priced ₹1.67 crore onwards. “The 1.65-acre project will see an investment of ₹175 crore, which has been funded internally,” Jain added.
