Rockwell Industries Ltd, a Hyderabad-based industrial refrigeration company, plans to set up a pan-India network of brand stores.

The Hyderabad-based company has a Platinum Rated IGBC (Indian Green Building Council) factory.

“With growing demand from our customers, we are opening Rockwell Industries’ first exclusive and flagship brand store in Secunderabad, Telangana, and plan to open stores across the country,” Ashok Kumar Gupta, Managing Director, said in a statement.

Through these exclusive stores, the company plans to provide customers a touch and feel experience.

"We have drawn up an ambitious plan to open 100 exclusive shops across the country in the next one year," Gupta said.

The company plans to invest about Rs 10 lakh per store.

Rockwell Industries Ltd is a manufacturer of commercial refrigeration appliances. Established in 1986, Rockwell was awarded the IGBC platinum rating for India’s only Green Manufacturing Facility in commercial refrigeration industry located in Medchal near Hyderabad.

Its automated plant runs on renewable energy from wind and solar and can produce 400,000+ high efficiency refrigeration appliances every year.

Rockwell has developed innovative products such as solar refrigerators and phase change material-based freezers. Rockwell is one of the first company’s in the country to introduce CFC-free products and has the capacity to manufacture eco-friendly machines certified by TUV, Germany.

He added, "with our pan-India sales and service network we will be able to help customers across the country benefit from these breakthrough products which save as much as 53 per cent energy". The company’s Eutectic Freezer can give extended cooling even after 16 hours of power failure.

Rockwell is also planning to develop a network of franchisees.
