Sarda Energy & Minerals said the operations of its iron ore mine, which was suspended in December 2008 due to insurgency, have been restored with improved law and order situation and it has started receiving iron ore from the mines.
In a communication to the stock exchange, the company said it has permission to mine 1.5 million tonnes of iron ore annually and it would take some time to reach the optimum mining capacity.
