Senco Gold & Diamonds has roped in Capillary Technologies as its CRM (Customer Relationship Management) partner to understand consumer behaviour and preferences and for effective marketing. The partnership will allow Senco to provide its customers a seamless experience across 87 stores pan-India.
Senco will leverage the three flagship products of Capillary Technologies namely Insights+, Engage+ and Loyalty+. While Insights+ will help Senco get insights into consumer’s behaviour and preferences, Engage+ will increase the effectiveness of the marketing efforts by personally connecting with each consumer and Loyalty+ will ensure the existing consumers keep coming back to Senco stores by rewarding them for their desired behaviour, said a press statement issued by Senco.
“India with a growing young population is seeing a change in consumer behaviour and preferences. They expect connected and seamless experiences that makes their lives easier in this new digital age. Our partnership with Capillary will help us take customer engagement to a new level,” Suvankar Sen, Executive Director, Senco Gold & Diamonds, said in the press statement.
