Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd has posted a 13 per cent rise (year-on-year) in its second quarter standalone net profit at Rs 337 crore. Income from operations rose 9 per cent to Rs 1,593 crore. EPS went up 13 per cent to Rs 13.24. Total assets under management (as on September 30) surged 16 per cent to Rs 44,085 crore. The company’s board has declared an interim dividend of Rs 3 (30 per cent) a share.
