Fourth Partner Energy Pvt. Ltd (4PEL), a Hyderabad-based company into distributed solar power has received investment from The Chennai Angels (TCA).
The company started in 2010, has completed over 300 solar installations across the country with both private and public sector companies. The present funding of Rs 3 crores from TCA was led by investor members Shankar V, Kayar Raghavan and Narayanan R.
4PEL is an entrepreneurial venture of Vivek Subramanian, Saif Dhorajiwala and Vikas Saluguti, who come from a background in financial management, contract structuring and fund raising. The company aims to finance, build, develop and manage a large operating portfolio of de-centralized solar power assets in India by positioning itself as full-services RESCO (Renewable Energy Services Company), said Vivek.
