HSIL, which has roped in Shah Rukh Khan as the brand ambassador for its sanitaryware brand “hindware”, said it wants to build greater awareness about its products and is steadily ramping up its distribution to reach out to more tier II and III towns. Sandip Somany, JMD, HSIL Ltd, said, “As the category is getting evolved and consumer interest is growing due to increase in awareness around health and hygiene, we are enhancing our efforts in branding and marketing and building higher visibility of our products under brand “hindware.” The company plans to launch aggressive marketing campaign with SRK from May.
