Strand Life Sciences has partnered with MRIGlobal to set up a reference laboratory and co-develop diagnostic solutions for infectious diseases such as Ebola or SARS.
MRIGlobal is an independent non-profit organization headquartered in Kansas in the US and performs contract research for US government and industry.
"MRIGlobal has a record of high quality work in the field of communicable diseases where they have worked with some of the advanced technologies on dealing with point-of-care technologies as well as well as in with rapid response to epidemics with mobile labs,” said Vijay Chandru, Chairman and Ceo Strand Life Sciences.
