Subba Rao Amarthaluru, Group Chief Financial Officer of GMR Infrastructure Ltd, has resigned to pursue his career interests elsewhere.
In his place, Madhu Terdal has been appointed as Group Chief Financial Officer with effect from April 24.
Subba Rao Amarthaluru will continue to be in the services of the company till July to ensure smooth transition, according to a statement made to the stock exchanges.
