S. Subrahmanyan has taken charge as Managing Director of HAL’s MiG Complex at Nasik.
Prior to this, he was Chief of Projects at HAL’s Helicopter Division at Bangalore. Subrahmanyan joined HAL as a management trainee in July 1980. He has worked in different capacities at the Helicopter Complex, the MiG Complex, Bangalore Complex and Corporate Planning.
A graduate in mechanical engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy, Chennai, Subrahmanyan is also a post-graduate in aircraft production from IIT, Chennai.
In his new post at Nasik he will focus on new projects.
