Tata Motors will roll-out a nationwide mega service camp for its passenger vehicle customers, from November 20-26. The free comprehensive vehicle health check-up drive will be organised at all the company’s dealerships and authorised service centers (TASC’s) across 287 cities.

Extending the programme to over 1,000 locations, Tata Motors is also partnering with Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (IOCL) to provide these services at its select petrol pumps across the country.

Tata Motors has associated with over 16 suppliers who will offer a discount of up to 10% on accessories, value added services, oil & lubricants. Through this camp, customers can avail of free top wash and discounts of up to 20% on Tata Motors original parts and labour charges.

Other offers include discount of Rs 699 on Value Care (Gold AMC), Rs 1,000 off on Extended Warranty retail policy, up to Rs 1,000 off on new batteries, special offers on exchange programme of Tata cars, roadside assistance retail policy and attractive insurance renewal offers, TML said in a statement.

Commenting on the initiative, Mayank Pareek, President, Passenger Vehicle Business Unit, Tata Motors said, “We are on a transformation journey and want to offer our customers the best quality service. Customers have acknowledged our efforts and our jump to the 3{+r}{+d} position in JD Power Customer Service Index 2015 is a testament to our efforts taken in this direction.”

The service camp is the third in the series this year. In the previous two camps the company serviced over 2.25 lakh cars. Enriched purchase experience and excellent quality of service are key pillars of the company’s customer centric strategy under Horizonext umbrella.
