Techno Electric & Engineering Company Ltd has reported a near seven per cent decline in standalone net profit to Rs 28 crore for the quarter ended September 30.

The power sector engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company, saw 30 per cent decline in income from operations to Rs 141 crore, during July-September 2012 as against the same period last year.

On a consolidated basis, the company reported 17 per cent increase in net profit to Rs 68 crore riding on higher revenues from wind power segment.

The company’s shares stood at Rs 207.70, up by nearly four per cent, on the BSE, on Monday.
