IT solutions and services major UST Global has won four awards at the Tata Institute of Social Science (TISS)-Leapvault CLO Awards India.

This is a premier business awards programme attended by leaders in corporate learning, coaching, and organisation and leadership development.

The awards are based on nominations and have been attracting participation from leading global and Indian organisations.

UST Global participated in six categories and was declared winner in four during the fifth edition of the CLO Chief Learning Officer Summit held in Mumbai.

These included a bronze and a silver respectively for ‘Global Learning and Development Team of the Year’ and the ‘Best Blended Learning Programme’.

UST Global was also recognised for facilitating socio-cultural alignment and IT training to people with limited technical knowledge under its ‘Step IT Up America’ programme.

It aims at empowering minority women in the US with technical jobs, with its blended learning strategy. The curriculum is a mix of lectures and experiential learning to help candidates launch their careers.

Madana Kumar, Head, Learning and Development at UST Global, was conferred the ‘Global CLO Chief Learning Officer of the Year’ (silver category) and ‘CLO Chief Learning Officer of the Year’ (gold).
