VBC Ferro Alloys Ltd has informed the BSE that the company has resumed its manufacturing operations on Thursday.
The company is in the process of procuring power from private producers. The board of directors on November last year had decided to suspend the manufacturing operations after taking into consideration the energy deficit situation estimated by the power distribution companies.
They had indicated that the manufacturing operations will resume after power situation improves in the State or when alternative arrangement is made. The company shares closed at Rs 86.50, down 1.26 per cent on the BSE.
