T. S. Vishwanath, Director and Chairman, Alstom T & D India Ltd has quit from the company’s Board with effect from July 1, 2014.
At the meeting of the Board held on June 16, Michel Augonnet, non-executive Director of the Company was elected Chairman of the Board, and will assume office with effect from July 1, 2014, Alstom T&D said in a filing to the BSE.
