Wipro has restructured its top management. The company, in a statement to the stock exchanges, said that Pratik Kumar, who was the Executive Vice-President - HR for Wipro Ltd, will now take over Wipro Infrastructure Engineering. The HR functions will be looked after by Saurabh Govil, the statement added. The company is in a silent period as it is expected to announce its quarterly results sometime this month but market sources said that Kumar in his new role will be focussed on growing revenues from infrastructure engineering business.
